Today, our team attended a careers fair, where they had the opportunity to share their knowledge, skills, and experience with the younger generation.

We spoke about the rewarding career opportunities in care, including the importance of first aid, CPR, observations and providing compassionate, person-centred support.

It was fantastic to inspire future carers and showcase the positive impact a career in care can have on individuals and the community.

We hope to have inspired the next generation of care professionals! 💚

We are proud to share that all of our carers have now successfully completed both Tier 1 and Tier 2 of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training!

This important training strengthens our team’s skills, knowledge, and confidence in providing safe, compassionate, and inclusive care to those we support every day.

Last week, one of our client’s husbands was not feeling 100%, so they reached out to our Care Manager Amy, at very short notice for some extra support.

We were able to respond immediately, putting additional visits in place the same day and following day to provide reassurance, comfort, and peace of mind for them both.

Today, now that he is feeling much better, they popped in with a thank you card and chocolates for the team which is such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated 💚

We are proud of our flexible approach and always being there to support our clients when they need us most.
