The Last Ride…

Earlier this week we had the great privilege to carry out the funeral of a much loved gentleman whose family requested he be conveyed on his final journey alongside a Harley Davidson.

With the familys kindest permission they have allowed us to share this special last ride.

Today Company Director Stuart had the privilege of carrying out the funeral of a local retired Fireman.

Precious Farewells Come Rain Or Shine...

Yesterday, Jess and the Miller Bros Team had the privilege of carrying out the funeral of a much loved lady whose family requested she be conveyed in a traditional white horse drawn hearse.

With our recent unpredictable "Summer" weather we were unsure how the journey may be however, we were lucky enough not to need an umbrella.

Thank you to the team at Brunswick Carriage Company for helping us provide this elegant and graceful final farewell.
With special thanks to Jacob & Noah who were spectacular.🐴🐴

Best Wishes…

Yesterday we said goodbye to Ian, one of our long established supplier drivers who after 34 years has decided to take early retirement.

He has served us well and all of us at Millers would like to wish him the very best for the future and wish him every success in his retirement knowing that the kettle will always be on for him at our office if he is passing.

We would also like to wish Jack every success in stepping into Ian’s shoes.

Today we were delighted to have been invited to be shown around our fellow neighbours’ new home in Bargates.

Christchurch Baptist Church
Its new home offers a bright and contemporary space where all are welcome.

Its first services will be held this Sunday 29th March at 9:15am & 11:00am.

Thank you Chris Brockway for showing us around. All of us at Miller Bros would like to offer our best wishes to the church for this exciting new chapter ahead.
