🏡✨ It was a pleasure to welcome Mike Tapp MP’s local team to Crownwood Healthcare’s Temple Ewell Nursing Home this week.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity to showcase our home, meet our dedicated team, and discuss some of the key challenges and opportunities facing the social care sector today.
A particularly important topic of conversation was the positive and vital impact that migrant workers have across health and social care. Their dedication, compassion, and expertise play an essential role in supporting residents and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care every day. ❤️🌍🤝
Mike’s team met with Crownwood Healthcare’s senior leadership team and were also joined by Molly from the recruitment team at KICA, allowing for insightful discussions around workforce development, recruitment, and the future of care services.

✨ Over the last few weeks, Temple Ewell Nursing Home has had a lovely freshen up throughout all of the corridors and stairwells within the home! 🏡🎨
We’re so pleased with the brighter, refreshed look and can’t wait for our residents, families, and visitors to enjoy the updated surroundings 💙✨
