Hi all once again a big thank you for all the likes, shares and follows 😊 now my page has reached so many I thought it was time I shared a little about myself professionally.
I worked in educational settings for 19yrs, the last 14 in an emotional, social and behaviour setting where I began my counselling journey. 6 years ago I took a leap of faith and counselling became my full-time work, and I haven't looked back 😊 i have worked with adults and young people in a variety of settings, private, schools and NHS/Doctor referrals in local counselling organisation. Over the 6yrs I have supported 100s of people with a variety of difficulties, ranging from anxiety, depression, OCD, childhood trauma, Bereavement, periods of adjustment and relational difficulties = family, partners, colleagues etc, and many more.
I have a few spaces available, all enquiries welcome, and individual circumstances considered.

Hi everybody, my name is Tracy F**g and I am delighted to finally announce the opening of my private counselling practice.
I work integratively, adapting my approach to meet the needs and goals of the individual, after all we are all unique and one size doesn't fit all ! I offer a free 20-30 min assessment session where we can meet and you can decide if I am the right counsellor for you!
