A little feel-good story from one of the Deputy Managers here at LDC Care, Dave!

'I last worked with Chris over 3 years ago when I was a support worker on Chris' team. Today, as a deputy, it was such a joy to oversee his location and pop round for a cup of tea and catch up. It was like no time had passed at all, and really good to see he still had his team leader, Dave, supporting him and leading his team just like he used to be my team leader back in the day 🙂'
