Yesterday's winner is Joy Ejiofor who works in our Larch Locations! Chosen by Registered Manager, Beverley, she says;
'She works with Tash predominantly but is happy to pick up in other homes, learning to get to know the people we support. Joy leads by example and is keen to learn more and take on additional responsibility. She is both confident and knowledgeable and is happy to share her knowledge with others.
She has an outgoing and bubbly personality, and whilst I have only been working with her a short while, I feel we are building a good rapport. She has recently successfully passed the Practice Lead interview, and is training this week, we discussed her completing a Team Leader pack, which was sent to her last week. She has completed, and to a very high standard. She is a star 😊'
