Today we’re celebrating Sam’s 15th birthday! 🥳

As a retired Border Force detection dog, Sam has spent years working hard and it’s now time for him to relax and enjoy massages in our hydrotherapy pool! 💙

Sam if proof that age is just a number! Hydrotherapy is a fantastic low-impact exercise that helps maintain mobility, supports joint health, and keeps older dogs moving with confidence. 🤩

Sweet Ella ❤️

Ella has recently celebrated her 13th birthday, but you’d never guess it! Her owner says she’s acting like a puppy again since starting her hydrotherapy journey with us. 🎉

Ella initially started hydrotherapy sessions following cruciate ligament surgery, and she has been a little superstar in the pool ever since. She took to swimming so naturally and now absolutely loves her sessions - especially the boost of energy she feels afterwards! 🤩

It’s so rewarding to see our senior dogs enjoying life to the fullest again! We’re so proud of you, Ella! 🥰

Neo started hydrotherapy as part of his rehabilitation, following cruciate ligament repair surgery - and he has come on leaps and bounds! 🤩

His first few sessions took place in the underwater treadmill where we were able to carefully assess and improve his gait. He is now confidently swimming in our hydrotherapy pool showing incredible progress! Hydrotherapy has helped improve his mobility, build strength, and support his recovery. 💪🐾

Neo continues with maintenance sessions, so that we can carefully monitor his muscles and joints. We are very proud of Neo and his great progress! 🎉

Titch has been attending regular hydrotherapy sessions to help manage his luxating patella, and we’re so proud of the progress he’s made! 💙

Hydrotherapy provides a controlled, low-impact form of exercise that helps strengthen the muscles surrounding the knee whilst also supporting the joint. For dogs like Titch, improving hind limb muscle mass is an important part of supporting stability, mobility and long term joint health.

He may only be small, but he has the biggest personality! We absolutely adore this little superstar 🤩

Meet Missey!💖

She has a history of right medial patella luxation surgery along with a previous left hind limb cruciate repair.

She started attending hydrotherapy sessions to rebuild muscle and strengthen hindlimbs and she's absolutely smashing it! 💪
