What an incredible day.
On Saturday we had the privilege of spending time with an amazing group of people at our Escape, Breathe & Reset Retreat, and what a day it was.
Together we:
• Rewilded barefoot and reconnected with nature
• Enjoyed a guided nature walk and meditation
• Explored flowing natural movement (with some fun crawling thrown in!)
• Dived deeper into the importance of functional breathing
• Fuelled ourselves with incredible plant-based food from Chef Stu
• Took part in a HIIT session led by Pritch & Craig
• Experienced instructor-led hot and cold contrast therapy
• Relaxed into a beautiful sound journey with Dylan
• Finished with a powerful breathwork session that even amazed Pritch
What made the day so special wasn’t just the activities—it was seeing people slow down, reconnect with themselves and begin to understand what a calmer, more regulated nervous system can feel like.
A huge thank you to everyone who trusted us and joined us on the day. Your energy, openness and willingness to step outside your comfort zones made it truly unforgettable.
We’re excited to announce that our next retreat at the Dirty Health HQ is now live and will take place on 28th August.
Spaces are very limited and, if this weekend taught us anything, it’s that people are craving the chance to pause, breathe and reset.
We can’t wait to do it all again.
