Since so many new people have started following my page I thought I'd reintroduce myself to the people who may not know me😊
My name is Freya and I am a Level 5 Reflexology Practitioner working in the West Norfolk, Downham Market and King's Lynn area with over 5 years of experience!

I offer relaxing, one-to-one reflexology sessions designed to support general wellbeing, ease tension, and help you unwind in comfortable surroundings.

I am fully insured and a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR), the International Council Of Reflexologists (ICR) and the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

I offer reflexology to support clients with:

My first experience of reflexology was when I was a teenager and I started having treatment to help me with my stress levels and at the time, undiagnosed PMOS symptoms which had been effecting my health and everyday life.
After experiencing the profound impact of having reflexology treatment, I wanted to bring the same feeling of relaxation, comfort and support to more people.

In 2019 I qualified as a level 3 reflexologist when I was 18 years old, and during the covid19 Pandemic I trained as level 5 reflexologist, later qualifying in 2021 once lockdown had been lifted.
Since then I have also trained in Orthopedic Reflexology, Fascial Reflexology (Osteopathic Reflexology outside of the UK), Reflexology of Lymph Drainage, Reflexology For Immune Health, Reflexology For the Treatment Of Pain and Reflexology For Supporting Cancer Patients as well as family members and carers alike.

When I'm not giving treatments I'm usually knitting/crocheting, playing board games, playing squash or reading with my cats😊
