Trialling new rehab exercises for a hip injury.

Before any exercise goes into a programme, we test it. The hip needs to be able to move well through its full range and tolerate the forces that sport places on it.

During these trials weโ€™re looking at how the hip moves, which muscles are doing the work, and whether the joint can control load through positions that matter for running, cutting and accelerating.

Rehab isnโ€™t just about strengthening the hip in isolation. Itโ€™s about preparing it for the real demands of sport.

The right exercise, at the right time, with the right intent.
