When a new online client says ‘not a bad 1st week I lost 1.7kg’ the aimed loss was 1-2lb and he smashed it with 3lb 12oz🤩💪🏾 love this for my clients. Bespoke workouts and bespoke nutrition without hunger makes you realise diets are not the way 😊
