Lynn will be facilitating a past life regression session using hypnotherapy techniques. Past life regression can be used as a therapy technique, however on this occasion it is designed to be a fun exploration session.
Lynn has been a Registered Mental Health Nurse for 40 years and a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP, EFT and IEMT therapist and trainer for more than 15 years. She is also a Reflexologist and Reiki Master. As she moves towards retirement, Lynn no longer teaches formal certified courses or sees clients for talking therapies, but she does still offer Reflexology and Reiki on a one to one basis, and she facilitates workshops and women’s circles.
