If you’re looking to lose weight and improve your health, you may be eligible for 12 weeks of FREE Slimming World through the Slimming World on Referral scheme.

✅ To qualify, you must:

• Have a BMI of 25 or above
• Not have been a Slimming World member within the last 3 months
• Not have used the Slimming World on Referral scheme previously

Summer can sometimes feel like a time when routines go out of the window ☀️❤️. Between holidays, meals out, BBQs and busy weekends, it can feel harder to stay focused.

A few things that really help me are:

Planning ahead where I can
Keeping easy meal ideas available
Avoiding skipping meals
Enjoying occasions without guilt
Remembering that one meal never ruins progress if you stay on track

Healthy habits aren't about being perfect, they're about finding something that works in real life 🙌.
