I have wanted to do one for ages and I’m glad I did! It’s amazing to see what you’ve learnt in the books in real anatomical specimens - it’s all a bit different !!

Another fantastic Anatomy Workshop at Keele University. We had Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Biomechanics Coaches, Sports Massage Therapists and Personal Trainers on the course and I think it's fair to say everyone's mind was blown 🤯 by the end of the day!

Unfortunately I am having to close for face to face appointments during lockdown 3.0 in line with government guidelines. If you feel I can help you with an online appointment then please get in touch to arrange. I will be in contact to rebook appointments when I know a reopening date but in the meantime take care everyone!

From next Wednesday 2nd December I will be able to offer all of my previous sports massage/ soft tissue therapy appointments. The stringent PPE & covid regulations will remain in place to allow for a safe environment for my clients and myself. Please get in touch if you would like to book in, it’s already getting super busy in the run up to Christmas!!!

Unfortunately due to the lockdown 2.0 statutory regulations (set by ISRM & my insurance company) the clinic is working under strict restrictions under the next few weeks.
As a level 5 qualified Soft Tissue practitioner I can offer health services during lockdown, but it will not be business as usual.
I am closed to routine, non-urgent appointments, maintenance based massage treatments will not be available.
If you require urgent and acute clinical musculo-skeletal consultation please contact me on 07780 535658 and I can discuss with you the assistance you require and whether a treatment would be appropriate to prevent further escalation.
I am also available for online consultations to help you with pain relief techniques, self release exercises and helping regain functional movement.
