🌿 A Little Personal Update 🌿

Today is the first day of my couples therapy course and it’s already been such an eye‑opening experience. Relationships can be challenging at times, and I wanted to learn healthier ways to communicate, understand, and support the people I care about.

It feels good to invest in growth — both individually and together. If you’ve ever thought about exploring something similar, I can honestly say it’s been really worthwhile so far. Learning, unlearning, and opening up to new perspectives has been powerful.

Here’s to healthier connections and doing the work that helps us grow. ❤️
