Yesterday's food...
Keeping it simple because it was group day.
I need quick, filling tasty food that I can nuke in the microwave and go!

Up and out at 6.30am for group with a break from around 1pm - 4pm, to grab food and do a food shop. Then its back to group until around 9pm...
..yes its a long day, why I need quick and filling 😊
