🥁 OUR FIRST GROUP REIKI DRUM JOURNEY! 🥁

I’m so excited to finally bring Reiki Drum Journey to a group setting with Hope & Dreams Holistic Therapy with Lisa. 💗

Imagine settling comfortably, closing your eyes and allowing the rhythm and vibration of the drum, combined with Reiki energy, to take you on a deeply relaxing guided inner journey. A chance to switch off from the outside world, quieten your mind, reconnect with yourself and simply be.

What is a Reiki Drum Journey?

It’s a beautiful meditative experience where Reiki and the beat of the drum work together while you’re guided on a journey. You don’t need any experience with Reiki or meditation — just come along, get comfortable and allow yourself to be carried by the rhythm.

You can enjoy your journey lying on a yoga mat or sitting comfortably on a chair — whichever feels best for you. Yoga mats will be provided, although you’re very welcome to bring your own. Feel free to bring a cushion and blanket too and make yourself extra cosy. 🥰

☕🍰 hot drink and cake included - to gently come back, enjoy a hot drink and a piece of cake, and have a little time to reconnect.
