🌳 We're thrilled to finally welcome back Park Yoga Dudley (Priory Park) this season.

📅 Sessions are an hour and start at 9.30am this Sunday, 28th June and run every Sunday morning until 13th September.

💚 If you have not experienced Park Yoga, it is a great way to try yoga for the first time. You don’t have to take part in the whole session, many people take moments of rest and enjoy the fresh air while watching the clouds go by.

💚 There's no need to book.

💚 Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but if you don’t, a towel or blanket is perfect.

Advice below for keeping cool and safe during the hot weather ☀️

It’s hot and getting hotter. Today remains an amber heat health alert. Tomorrow, Wednesday 24 June and Thursday 25 June are predicted to be declared a red heat health alert.

A cool living space is especially important for infants, older people or those with long-term health conditions.

Simple measures can help to keep you cooler at home:

👉Close blinds and curtains on windows that are exposed to direct sunlight
move to the coolest part of your home

👉Open windows (if it is safe to) when the air feels cooler outside than inside

👉 Use electric fans if the temperature is below 35°C, but do not aim the fan directly at the body

👉 Go outside if it is cooler in the shade
