Making a difference, one break at a time 💙

Thanks to a £121,000 grant from NHS Charities Together, staff at Russells Hall Hospital have calm, restorative spaces created especially for them. Our staff wellbeing rooms are being well used, providing a calm, comfortable space for colleagues to take a moment and recharge during long working days.

It's encouraging to see these spaces making a real impact, supporting our teams when they need it most. Investing in staff wellbeing is about more than creating a room, it's about creating an environment where people feel valued and supported.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Lime Gardens Retirement Home who came together to honour the memory of Dorothy (Dot) Chambers with a special fundraising evening 💙

Thanks to their incredible generosity, an amazing £1,400 was raised for Dudley Group NHS Charity. Funds will be split between the Forget Me Not Unit and Critical Care Unit, supporting both patients and staff.

We were proud to support Committed To Excellence, our annual staff awards The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust, last Friday. It was such a special evening celebrating the outstanding dedication of our colleagues.

Thank you to everyone who joined the raffle and donated so generously - we raised just over an amazing £2,500 for the Dudley Group NHS Charity!

Congratulations to the Neonatal Unit on winning Best Use of Charitable Funds - a well-earned recognition 💛

We were delighted to welcome Carter and Freddie, Year 10 students from Pegasus House at Summerhill School, to the Georgina Unit at Russells Hall Hospital to present an incredible cheque for £1,696.04 ✨

The boys raised the money by bravely shaving off their mullets, with Pegasus House adding to the total through cake sales and other fundraising activities at school.

A huge thank you to Carter, Freddie, everyone at Summerhill School and all those who supported their fundraising. Your kindness and community spirit will help us continue supporting patients and their families 💙
