💪 We’ve programmed a bit of time away from Conventional Deadlifts and been working on the Supplement Exercises for the last 6-8 weeks, working on the weaker links and guess what? ⬇️

His numbers have jumped up 👏

His 200kg deadlift flew up and then finish on a Conventional Deadlift PB of 210kg.

Giant Cookie

Ingredients, (makes 1 giant cookie or 3 small ones)

* 30g oat flour
* 5g almond flour
* 30g brown stevia or any 0 cal sweetener
* Pinch of salt
* 1 quarter tsp baking soda
* 30g vanilla whey and casein blend protein powder
* 28g melted light butter
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 20g unsweetened apple sauce
* 5 to 10g chocolate chips (Use sugar free chips if you can find them)

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
2. Shape into a cookie on a lined tray
3. Bake at 180C, 356F for 10 to 12 minutes
