I have had a fantastic week off with my family. Roller coasters, beach runs, loads of outdoor sports and activities and food food food!!
Although I have had a great time I’m looking forward to getting back to clinic tomorrow. I am super busy this week so if you are booked in and can’t make your appointment please give as much notice as possible 😃.

I have been super quiet on social media recently due to all you lovely people keeping me so busy. Thought it was about time I updated who I am and what I do for all new followers so here goes……

I’m Fiona, owner of FM massage. I am qualified in Swedish, Remedial & Sports, Deep Tissue, IASTM and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage. My clinic is based in in Dumbarton.
When I’m not working in the clinic I tutor for the amazing which is where I started my own massage journey. I love working with students as they start and progress their own journey.
Outside of work I’m a mum and love running. Life is busy but I love my job and getting to spend time with family 😃

Wishing tutor Fiona from f.m.massage and our Remedial & Sports student Suzi Blake the very best of luck in their forthcoming marathons.

Fiona is running in the Manchester Marathon this Sunday 19th April

Suzi is running in the London Marathon next Sunday 26th April.

Both are experienced runners and their structured training plans and regular massage has paid off.
