So great to have a local park run event!

Spent last weekend out in Belgium supporting scholarship athletes at the championships and also commentating for the elite women’s short track race.
What a fab weekend, super proud of our little team 💪👊

Unfortunately I don’t have space to take on any new personal training clients at the beginning of the year but if you are interested in getting started in the gym please do drop me a message. I am more than happy to point you in the direction of other opportunities in the area to get you going and I can add you to my waiting list.
I have a couple of Sports Massage appointments available from the 9th Jan, please book early to make sure I can get you in.
