Hello Yogis! The schools may have returned this week, but you may have noticed “Namasthay Yoga” has not.
My summer break has given me sometime to slow down and evaluate. Yoga will always be part of my life,but at the moment teaching is going to have to take a back seat 💛.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your support since I started up! I Will pop on to share workshops or charity classes now and again,so keep following along. Big love too you all x

Rain last night/dry tonight! Tomorrow is my final yoga session in this Cancer research challenge. Unfortunately there will be no class tomorrow,as I go on holiday on Friday morning 😎. Thanks for following along and getting involved everyone.
