It’s been a typically busy week in my wee clinic with lovely clients from all walks of life through the door.

Now here’s a thing. Almost every single female client this week apologised in some way about a part of their body - stubbly legs, stretch marks, loose skin, large chest, puffy ankles, and more.

BUT not one male client drew attention to his larger belly, sweaty feet, body odour, stretch marks, scars - not one.

❤️ Girls, your body is amazing. Your body has been with you on a journey so unique, mapping the experiences you have had and yes, probably carrying the battle scars of life. That’s what makes YOUR body beautiful and unique.

Please never apologise for your body in my clinic. I work with real, wonderful bodies.

You don’t need to be toned and tanned to come to my clinic. Please leave the insta stereotype at the roadside and come in just as you are. You just need to be you. Natural, beautiful and unfiltered.
