✨️It has been a very quiet summer on social media for me here at Rose Wellbeing, I have been a busy bee face painting, youth work summer camps, behind the scenes admin & a wee holiday to Portugal....slowly getting back in to organising the rest of the year.

✨️This week I have been running Yoga & Sound sessions at Summer Camps with Youth Work D&G - The P7's enjoyed creating Mexican Waves with their yoga poses & renamed them "Scottish Waves" and today we had some very creative transitions when creating Yoga flows with the older teenagers who then all relaxed on their bean bags for some Sound healing.✨️

🩷It has been a busy couple of weeks, last week I enjoyed working at Youth Beatz with all the kiddies (and adults), it was my birthday on Saturday & yesterday me, my sister & my boy headed to Carlisle's Pretty Muddy 5k Race for life, it was very fun and vveeerryy muddy. ☀️It was our Summer Retreat at Dalswinton last night. We had a lovely group who enjoyed very gentle & mindful yoga, we made some Aromatic hand/body lotion creating, snacks & tea before a lovely Sound Journey. I will be at Dalswinton & New Abbey this month for Group Sound Journeys☀️

🌈Today it was 2 busy sessions at Youth Beatz doing some Yoga, Yoga games & challenges then we all explored some of my Sound healing tools before lying down for a Sound Journey (with background festival noise😂). It was so nice to have 2 such busy groups & to have people of all ages joining in. It was such a great atmosphere at the festival all day, Thank you Youth Work D&G for having me along....see you all at Summer Camps in July🥰🌈
