Yoga at Core… we have a couple of new yoga classes starting in June at Core (more on those to follow) so I thought it was a good time for a post about all of our yoga classes, these can be booked from the classes page of the Core website www.coredunbar.co.uk/classes. Here’s our weekly yoga schedule:
* Tuesday 12.45 Hatha yoga with Jenny - a fairly gentle 45 minute Hatha yoga practice with some slow flows, some stand-alone asana with plenty of time to get the most out of each, finishing with a short relaxation - suitable for beginners and perfect for your lunch hour!
* Tuesday 17.15 Flow & Chill with Sonny - starting 2nd June, an hour Vinyasa-based practice with steady flows building some gentle heat then slowing to more grounded poses, including breath work, relaxation and meditation
* Tuesday 19.25 Hatha yoga with Jenny - a 55 minute Hatha yoga practice with a range of asana, sun salutations, breath work, & relaxation.
* Wednesday 17.00 Yoga & the magic of meditation with Kristina - starting 3rd June, a gently flowing yoga class suitable for all levels followed by guided meditation and relaxation.
* Wednesday 20.00 Yoga for men with Vanessa - an hour long Ashtanga yoga based practice for men with options for all abilities
* Thursday 12.15 Yoga for Relaxation with Jenny - a 45 minute slow, grounded yoga class with long, held stretches, long relaxation and breath practice to calm the body and mind. Another great lunch hour option.
* Friday 09.45 Ashtanga yoga with Vanessa - a 60 minute strengthening and energising class with some gentle flows, includes breathwork and time to relax.
* Saturday 09.00 Recharge flow yoga with Amy - a 60 minute dynamic, creative Vinyasa yoga class with flowing sequences, holistic movement, and space to explore your body with breath-led awareness.
* 1st Sunday of the month 10.00 Flow & Chill with Sonny - a 75 minute Vinyasa-based practice with steady flows building some gentle heat then slowing to more grounded poses, including breath work, relaxation and meditation
* Sunday evening yin/restorative yoga coming soon too. 😅
