Iโ€™m so excited to announce that the Rejuvenation by Dr Morag team is expanding again, and to welcome Dr Jo Cullen, who will be joining us from 29th June. ๐Ÿ’œ

Dr Jo brings over 18 years of medical experience and has worked as a General Practitioner for more than a decade. Alongside her extensive clinical background, she has a particular interest in womenโ€™s health, wellbeing, and menopause care.

Jo shares the same values that are at the heart of our clinic - patient safety, honesty, ethical practice, and natural-looking results.

Known for her warm, friendly, and patient-centred approach, Jo takes time to understand each individualโ€™s goals and believes aesthetic treatments should enhance rather than alter, helping patients feel refreshed, confident, and like the very best version of themselves.

Perioral lines - often called โ€œsmokerโ€™s linesโ€ - are a common concern, even in people who have never smoked.

This lovely result shows how subtle treatment can soften these lines, restore definition to the lip border, and create a natural โ€œlip liner effectโ€ without looking overdone.

A small amount of filler was also placed within the lips themselves to improve hydration, support the lip border, and help improve the natural lip asymmetry, creating a more balanced result overall.

Often itโ€™s the small changes that make the biggest difference to confidence. The aim is a fresher, smoother, more youthful appearance that still looks like you. ๐Ÿ’œ

Now, before anyone thinks Iโ€™m claiming this happens every time, itโ€™s important to say that bruising and swelling are completely normal risks of any injectable treatment. Sometimes they happen despite our best efforts!

What I always aim to do is minimise the chances as much as possible. I use premium products, take my time, inject carefully, and draw on my detailed knowledge of facial anatomy to make treatments as safe, comfortable and precise as possible. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

Thank you so much to everyone who checked in last night and today - your messages have honestly meant so much!

Luckily weโ€™re at the opposite end of the building from the fire & the clinic itself is ok, but the Chip Inn, the vets & the flats above havenโ€™t been as fortunate. We know how incredibly lucky we are in comparison & my heart and thoughts are with the businesses & residents most directly affected as they navigate what must be such an overwhelming and life-changing situation. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

Access to the road has now reopened as of today, so all appointments tomorrow & this week will be going ahead as planned.

A huge thank you to all of the emergency crews who worked tirelessly through the night and today, and to everyone in the community who has offered kindness, support and help. This lovely patient had been bothered by the bump on her nose for years and wanted a smoother profile with a subtle lift to the tip. Using carefully placed filler, we were able to soften the dorsal hump and create a more balanced side profile - whilst still keeping everything natural and in harmony with her features ๐Ÿ’œ

The message she sent me afterwards honestly says it allโ€ฆ

Elise brings over 14 years of experience within the beauty industry, with a background spanning Make Up Artistry, Beauty Therapy and Spa Therapy. Her career has taken her from luxury beauty counters and stunning 5-star spas to travelling the Caribbean working onboard cruise ships - experiences which have helped shape the warm, professional and artistic practitioner she is today. ๐Ÿ’œ

With a naturally creative eye and perfectionist approach, Elise trained in Semi-Permanent Make Up in 2023 and has since developed a real passion for creating beautiful, natural-looking brows that help her clients feel confident and empowered. Brows are truly her speciality - so itโ€™s safe to say we have a brow queen joining the clinic!
