Stay safe in hot weather โ remember to keep cool and look out for others who are more vulnerable to the heat, such as babies, young children, older people and those with underlying health conditions.
Remember to:
๐ง Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water
๐ก๏ธ Make sure babies, children, older people and pets are not left in small, closed spaces โ like stationary cars โ as these can get hot very quickly
โ๏ธ Look out for signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke
