Staff Training – Wednesday 2nd September 2026

In line with the Protected Learning Time initiative for General Practices across Dundee, the Practice will be closed from 1pm on Wednesday 2nd September 2026, except for urgent medical matters.

• If you require urgent medical care that afternoon, please contact the Practice. Our reception team will refer you to the GP Out-of-Hours Service, who will then contact you directly.

• For non-urgent medical care, please call back the following day or contact NHS 24 on 111.

• In a medical emergency, call 999 immediately.

Our internet connection has now been restored and our systems are back to normal service. We appreciate your patience while we work through a backlog of patient requests which may result in a longer than normal wait for your prescription to be processed. Thank you for your understanding.

There has been a power cut in the local area and although the power supply is now restored, we have no internet access and are therefore unable to access any of our systems. We are doing all we can to restore normal service as soon as possible however this is not in our control and we are therefore grateful for your understanding during this time.
