Cute moment at the beginning of me and Leo, he loves to be blowed dryed 🤣We got SOAKED last night in that rain.

Today was a simple one, busy day didn’t have much free time but still made some time for myself.

You don’t have to spend money, leave the house to do something for yourself.

Today is facial day and what else buuuuut

Peel season is here, I’m fully invested! This is best time of year to lock in 🫶🏾

Making sure I’m not ending my year with collagen loss, we gain it back around here 😉

5th September

Today I went off for a swim and sauna/steam

I love swimming, always enjoyed this as a form of exercise. I genuinely could swim early day I love it, so done 30 min swim.
Then took myself for a steam/sauna

Washed my hair, done some skincare and off home.
Nice little way to start my day 🤎

September 4th

I’ve been saying for agggggges I want to get into yoga or Pilates.
My body gets so tight and tense, I get told all the time to stretch more to help my body especially with my job.

So today I done a little 20 min yoga stretch, it was hard the pain in my hips, I was shaking but I done it.

Little steps make the changes, so never feel silly for trying if you’re not 100% perfect.
It takes times 🫶🏾

Dying my hair
Nothing crazy, I haven’t dyed it in 2.5 months so was I need of a little fresh up.

A year and half ago I went back brown and started to grow my hair.
It looks brown but the colour had a red/copper tint to it to give it a little something
