🧠 Mental Health Awareness Week | 12–18 May 2025
This years theme: "Movement – Moving for our Mental Health" 💚

When we hear “movement”, we often think of exercise — but this Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re also thinking about emotional movement.

We know mental health is rarely static. Our emotional lives are constantly shifting — sometimes in obvious ways, other times more subtly.

➡️ You might feel “stuck” in anxiety or sadness
➡️ You might sense a heaviness you can’t explain
➡️ You might notice you’re holding your breath through the day

These are all signs that your system might be longing for movement — not just in the physical sense, but in terms of processing and expressing.

🌱 Emotional movement might look like:

Putting words to a feeling for the first time

Crying after weeks of feeling numb

Making a small decision that puts you first

If you’re feeling emotionally stuck or overwhelmed, and you think we might be able to help, you’re welcome to complete this brief form:
