I’ve had a lot of new followers recently, so I thought I’d reintroduce myself! 👋

Hi, I’m Natasha, a Sports Massage Therapist with a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Massage and a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from Abertay University.

Why I do this job 💆‍♀️

First and foremost, I love helping people. I don’t believe anyone should have to live with constant aches, pains, or tension, which is why I keep my prices as affordable as possible. I also love the problem-solving side of massage therapy—finding areas of tension, figuring out what may be causing them, and helping clients find relief and move better.

My favourite treatment to do 🤍

Full-body massages. The area causing pain isn’t always the root of the problem, and I love helping clients understand their bodies better. It’s so rewarding when someone leaves with a better understanding of what’s going on and how they can support their recovery.

A little bit about me 🌿

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the gym lifting weights, training at the boxing gym, or out hillwalking and enjoying the amazing scenery we have right on our doorstep. I absolutely love travelling and will take any opportunity to explore a new place, experience different cultures, and have new adventures. I’m always on the go, and alongside running my business and everyday life, I’m also planning my wedding—which is now just over 8 months away! 💍

Who do I work with?

Everyone! My clients range from weightlifters, footballers, and runners to busy parents and stressed-out workers. One of my favourite parts of the job is meeting people from all walks of life, hearing their stories, and helping them feel their best.

Whether you’re training hard, dealing with everyday aches and pains, or just feel like your body needs a bit of TLC, I’m always happy to help.

Thank you for following along and supporting my small business! 🫶

💆‍♀️ Sports Massage: Releasing Tension & Improving Mobility

You don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from sports massage. Whether you train regularly, work on your feet, sit at a desk all day, or simply experience everyday muscle tension and stiffness, these techniques can help you move and feel better.

✨ Techniques we use:

🔹 Myofascial Release
Gentle, sustained pressure is applied to areas where the fascia and surrounding tissues feel restricted. This can help reduce the feeling of tightness, improve tissue mobility and help you move more freely.

🔹 MET Stretching
You gently contract a muscle against resistance before relaxing and moving into a stretch. This can help improve flexibility, reduce muscular tension and increase range of movement.

🔹 Effleurage & Petrissage
Long, flowing strokes and kneading techniques help warm the tissues, encourage relaxation and work through areas of muscular tension.

🔹 Trigger Point & Compression Work
Focused pressure can be used on areas of increased tension to help muscles relax and ease that familiar “knotted” feeling.

🧘‍♀️ Why do these techniques help?
Combining soft tissue work, myofascial release and MET stretching can help reduce the sensation of muscle tension, improve mobility and leave you feeling more relaxed and comfortable.

🏃‍♀️ For the active person: support recovery after training and exercise.

💻 For the everyday person: help ease the aches, stiffness and tension that can build up from work, sitting, standing or everyday life.

✨ You don't need to be an athlete to look after your muscles. Your body deserves recovery too.

📲 Book your massage and give your body some well-deserved TLC.
