A little thought for today…

So many of us spend our days looking after others at home, at work and in our families we often forget to take care of ourselves.

It’s one of the main reasons I do what I do to give you a little space to switch off, be looked after and enjoy some well deserved time for you. Because when you feel your best you can show up as your best self for those around you.

Life recently… 💫

That’s me officially settled into my new space at 23 South Tay Street. I’ve been busy looking after all my lovely regular clients and also welcoming some new faces too.

I’ve also been searching for a new team member and have been carrying out interviews recently which is exciting, hoping to have some extra support in clinic soon 🫶 If you are a qualified spa or beauty therapist looking for extra hours please get in touch.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 The school holidays have meant lots of adventures with the kids, we have been travelling around Scotland wherever the kids decide they want to explore next… next stop is Loch Ness! 🦕

☀️ I managed to squeeze in a 3 day trip to Marbella for myself. It was the first time since starting Opal Therapies that I completely switched off. Although coming home to 2 days worth of emails reminded me why I shouldn’t! 😂

Behind the scenes, I’ve been investing in new products and equipment for the treatment room and looking into further training/refresher courses. I recently had a lovely content day with Luxury Social Media Marketing & Content Creation | Scotland & UK and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I just want to say a big thank you for your patience during the move and for your continued support. I know the transition from my previous clinic caused some confusion and there have been a few changes along the way so I really appreciate everyone’s understanding. If you have any issues or questions about an upcoming appointment, please get in touch.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage has been my most requested treatment since the beginning of last year and I can honestly see why. It’s been amazing welcoming so many regular clients back for regular treatments and also meeting so many new faces coming for the first time.

First day in my beautiful new treatment room at 📍23 South Tay Street

I couldn’t be happier with the space, it’s so clean, spacious and elegant creating the perfect environment for you to relax and enjoy your treatments.

The location is amazing too with plenty of nearby parking and lots of lovely cafés to enjoy before or after your appointment.

I’m so grateful that I’m fully booked for the next couple of weeks! Thank you so much for all your support and to my clients who have followed me wherever I go it means a lot 🫶

When I started Opal Therapies, it was just me with a passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin and creating a relaxing space where clients feel cared for.

Over the past year the business has continued to grow and I’m so grateful for every single client who has supported me along the way. Thanks to that support, I’ve reached the point where I’m looking to expand so I can continue giving my regular clients the time, care and high standard of treatment they deserve while also being able to welcome new clients.

I’m looking for a qualified Spa Therapist to join me on this exciting next chapter. Someone who is passionate, professional and loves making people feel relaxed, confident and cared for. If you’re someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality treatments and shares the same values, I’d love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have:

Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy (or an equivalent qualification)
A passion for delivering exceptional client care
A friendly, professional and reliable approach
Confidence in providing a range of beauty and spa treatments, additional training will be provided

What I offer:

£15 per hour
Part time (12 contracted hours)
Overtime opportunities available
Holiday Pay, NI & Pension
Commission on product sales
Training with premium skincare brands
