Not been as consistent on here lately, life has been BUSY 🫶🏼

I’ve been booked up most days with treatments, prioritising the gym. Then home for school runs, kids and all the chaos that comes with it.

I’m so excited to say I’ve got some help coming from next month with my socials from so I can keep on top of things and show you more behind the scenes.

I’ve also had so many of you booking memberships recently for microneedling and lymphatic drainage massage, it makes me so happy to see people committing to consistency with their treatments because that’s where the real results happen 🙌🏼

Keep your eyes peeled too… I’ve got an upcoming collaboration with with some amazing limited offers coming soon 👀

Outside of work I’ve been focusing on gym life, healthy eating, gut health and spending time with friends and family.

Behind the scenes I’ve also been ordering lots of new stock from the best suppliers and working away on a website that’ll be launching soon 🤍 You’ll soon be able to order skincare products and book appointments directly through there too!

Grateful for this little life 🌸

March has been my busiest month since starting Opal Therapies 2 years ago with 82 treatments carried out, something I’m so proud and thankful for.

Thank you to every client who has chosen me, supported me and come back time and time again. I love being part of your journey and helping you feel your best. Your trust means everything and never goes unnoticed.

Balancing personal commitments and growing a business isn’t always easy but little milestones like this reminds me why I started. Outside of the treatment room I’ve also been focusing on filling my own cup with time at the gym, long walks with family, coffee dates, nights out with friends, little trips with the kids, just making life feel whole again. ☺️

Here’s to continuing to grow, learn and appreciating every step 🤍
