It was my daughter Zoe’s 21st Birthday during the week and one of the things we did was Alpaca walking at balnuithalpacas near Tealing. Really enjoyed our morning in nature and with the animals. Highly recommend 🦙

Would you like to learn more about Reiki and how it can help you in your daily life? Looking to introduce more calm and relaxation into your life? Would you like to learn a new skill? If the answer is yes, then this course is for you!

This is a one day practical course (there is also some pre-course reading to complete). The course is accredited and certified and following the course you will be able to carry out a Reiki treatment on yourself and family/friends. This course is open to complete beginners and those that do other energy work.

✨Holistic Body Massage Course - 1 space remaining ✨

I am running the practical days for this course on Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th August from 10am to 5pm on both days. This course is accredited and certified by IPHM and insured by Balens.

Along with the practical days there is course work and case studies to complete. You will also have a follow up session when you have fully completed course before receiving your certificate. After this you will be able to offer this therapy on a professional basis. You must also hold a Level 3 A&P qualification or studying towards one when you begin course.
