Receptionist (Part-time) – Osteopathic & Acupuncture Clinic

Appletree Clinic is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our friendly team.

This position would particularly suit a retired or semi-retired professional who is looking for meaningful, part-time work in a calm and professional environment.
Hours: Mon, Tues and Wed 9:00am – 1:00pm. Flexibility will be required to cover holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients and managing appointments
• Handling enquiries (in person, phone and email)
• Maintaining patient records
• General administrative duties

We are looking for someone who is:

• Excellent with the public
• Calm and sunny in disposition
• Highly organised and efficient
• Comfortable using computers and database systems (training will be given)
• Professional and respectful of confidentiality
