Sometimes social media can be a wonderful thing. 💙

A few weeks ago I came across Otto’s story after reading an article about him and his family.

Otto has Krabbe Leukodystrophy, an incredibly rare, life-limiting disease. His family are working tirelessly to raise awareness of the condition and share his journey.

Reading about this beautiful little boy really touched my heart, so I reached out and offered to make some personalised NG tube tapes and a few keepsakes for him.

Otto’s daddy was amazing and helped me choose the perfect themes and pictures for everything. You could instantly see just how loved Otto is, and it was an absolute privilege to create something so special for him. Seeing this post from Otto’s mummy today has honestly brought tears to my eyes.

As a parent, I can’t begin to imagine the strength it takes to face the challenges Otto and his family face every day, yet they continue to raise awareness and spread so much love.

I wanted to share this not because of what I made, but because Otto’s story deserves to be seen. His family are doing everything they can to raise awareness of a disease that so few people have ever heard of.

Some new tapes for a tiny baby boy with a lil cleft palate !!

I hope these do him well.. I have made a ‘shape’ to make it easier for users to slit the white parts for each side of the tubes 🩵
hopefully it helps more
