Official paperwork is finally sorted! I am absolutely thrilled to announce that I now hold my official alcohol licence, allowing me to handcraft my own custom herbal medicine tinctures directly in the dispensary.

This is such an exciting milestone because it changes everything for my practice and my patients. I can now source the highest quality raw plants that are not easily found by herbal medicine suppliers and extract them myself. This means a wider range of botanicals full of potency and energy.

It feels incredibly grounding to bring this level of traditional, hands-on craft back into my clinical work. I cannot wait to start pressing the first batches and getting these potent remedies into the hands of my patients.

Glucose has had a terrible reputation in recent years, parents are trying really hard to avoid it for their children and unfortunately, this has fed the markets with snacks and biscuits and cakes and juices almost exclusively sweetened with fructose. (Grape juice, apple juice, etc.). Fructose does NOT follow the same metabolic pathway than glucose. We can handle glucose, fructose is usually taken straight to storage in your liver or for that matter, your child's liver. Please be careful what you feed yourself and your children. 🙏🌿💚
