🤰NEW TO DUNFERMLINE WHOLENESS CENTRE – ANTENATAL CLASSES 👨‍🍼

We’re delighted to welcome Bond & Blossom Baby to the centre this September with their 5-week antenatal course. 🌿

Led by a FEDANT-accredited Birth/Parent Coach and Health Visitor, these sessions will cover everything from preparing for birth and pain management to newborn care, feeding, sleep and those important first weeks after baby arrives.

A lovely opportunity for expectant parents to feel more informed, prepared and supported while meeting others at the same stage of their journey.🤰🏼✨

💛 Powerful..Purposeful.. Empowering... Positive! ✨️

What a wonderful day we had today at Dunfermline Wholeness Centre, welcoming Bill from Be Mindful Fife for Awakening & Nurturing the Compassionate Self.

Bill has such a warm, grounded and completely non-judgemental approach. He creates an environment where you quickly feel comfortable enough to simply be yourself — to reflect, participate, learn and grow, without pressure or expectation.

Through meditation, gentle movement, conversation, shared reflection and practical exercises, we explored what self-compassion actually means — not as an abstract idea, but as something we can recognise, practise and bring into everyday life.

There was openness, laughter, learning and some genuinely meaningful moments throughout the day.
We all came away with something. 🙏

A huge thank you to Bill for bringing another fantastic Day of Practice to DWCENTRE, and to everyone who attended and contributed to such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

If you've ever considered counselling but perhaps haven't known where to begin, Bill's calm and approachable manner makes him incredibly easy to talk to.
And if workshops like today's sound like something you'd enjoy, we highly recommend following Be Mindful Fife and Bill's website for information about future Days of Practice, workshops and counselling.

We certainly hope to welcome Bills future days of Practice back to DWCENTRE again very soon. ✨
