Cook/Chef - full time hours available.
No professional qualifications needed but an excellent standard of home cooking and baking is required.

Kitchen/dinning room assistant - Previous experience working within a kitchen preferable but not essential as training will be provided. Full and part time hours available.Position required to assist cook with all daily tasks within the busy kitchen of a 48 bed nursing home and also to assist residents during meal times.

Once again we enjoyed the annual Christmas carol service at Crossdernott Church of Ireland. The church are wonderful supporters of Corkhill and the congregation kindly provided Christmas presents for our residents.
The music and singing was wonderful, ably assisted by one of our nurses, Henry.
Thank you again, on behalf of all at Corkhill Care Centre, for your generosity.
