Those early months can be wonderful, exhausting, emotional and everything in between.

At Little Calm Baby, my 5-week baby massage course is about so much more than learning massage techniques. It's a chance to slow down, bond with your baby, meet other local mums and enjoy an hour each week in a relaxed, welcoming space.

✨ Help support digestion, colic, wind and relaxation
✨ Build confidence in reading your baby's cues
✨ Enjoy tea/coffee& treats and friendly conversation
✨ Suitable from birth until crawling

Your baby may not remember every massage, but they will always be shaped by the love, safety and connection they felt in your arms.

When parents come to their first class, they're often worried about "getting it right." The truth is, baby massage is all about following your baby's lead.

Here are a few things that might surprise you...

✨ Your baby doesn't have to stay awake for the whole class.

✨ Feeding, cuddling and nappy changes are all part of the session – there is never any pressure.

✨ We always follow your baby's cues. If they don't feel like massage that day, that's absolutely okay.

✨ Baby massage isn't just about relaxation. It can support bonding, communication and confidence as you get to know your baby's unique signals.

✨ The class isn't just for babies – it's a chance for parents to slow down too.

There's no such thing as a "perfect" baby massage session. Every baby is different, and that's exactly how it should be.
