We regret to inform you of the sudden passing of Mr John Cherry.

CHERRY - 2nd September 2026, John Myles, tragically whilst on holiday in Spain. Beloved husband of Lorna, Blackisland Road, Annaghmore. Much-loved father of Christopher, loving step-father to Roberta (Stephen), Joanne (Mark), Andrew (Joanne), Lynette (Andrew) and precious grandfather of Oscar, Jake, Hannah, Lilly, Rosie and Ruby. A beloved brother, brother-in-law, uncle and a dear son-in-law of Joe and Lily.

Lynda Willis.

WILLIS (nee Arnold) – 31st August 2026, peacefully at hospital surrounded by her loving family, Lynda, dearly loved wife of David, 2A Rock Lane, Aghagallon, Lurgan. Loving mother of Jonathan (Alana), Jordan and much-loved sister of Barry (Dorothy) and Ashley (Andrea).

Family and friends welcome at the family home on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd between 3pm and 8pm.

Funeral Service in St John’s Parish Church, Moira on Friday 4th September at 2pm, followed by interment in the adjoining churchyard.

CRAWFORD, 27th August 2026 - peacefully at Foyle Hospice, Londonderry, Gerald, dearly beloved husband of Mary, Alanvale Crescent, Kilfennan, Londonderry, formerly of Woodlawn Drive, Dungannon. Loving father of Keith and Iain, father-in-law of Thelma and Victoria, much loved grandfather of Miranda, Abigail, James and Ben, and great-grandfather of Eliza, also a dear brother of Andrew and John.

Family and friends welcome at his late residence on Saturday 29th between 4pm and 9pm.

Meeting for Worship in Friends’ Meeting House, Grange, on Sunday 30th at 2.30pm, followed by interment in the adjoining burial ground.

We regret to inform you of the passing of Mr Ernie Lee.

LEE, Ernest (Ernie)- 17th August 2026, peacefully in the dedicated care of the staff of Sanville Care Home, Coalisland in his 90th year, late of Aughrimderg, 140 Lisaclare Road, Stewartstown. Dearly loved son of the late Charlie and Tillie, precious brother of Anna and the late Edna, a cherished brother-in-law of the late Sam and Stewart, and much loved uncle of Linda, Judith, David and Lee. Also a treasured great-uncle, cousin and friend.

Family and friends welcome at his late residence on Wednesday 19th between noon and 9pm.

Funeral Service in St Michael’s Parish Church, Clonoe on Thursday 20th at 2pm, followed by interment in the adjoining churchyard.

WHITTLE – 13th August 2026, peacefully at home, William (Billy), dearly loved husband of Hazel, Sessiagh House, 42 Lisgobban Road, Benburb, Dungannon. Loving father of Shirley, Stephen (Janaina), Jennifer (Geoff) and Trevor (Jackie). Much loved grandfather of Jonathan (Demi), Lucas, Thomas, Sophie, Chloe, Timothy, Emma Louise, and Alexandra, great-grandfather of William and Ruby, and dear brother of Bobby, Marilyn, Ernest and the late Tommy, Stanley and Evelyn.

Family, friends and neighbours welcome at the family home each day between 2pm and 8pm.

Funeral Service in Clonfeacle Parish Church, Benburb, on Sunday 16th at 3pm, followed by a private interment in the adjoining churchyard.

BAILIE - 10th August 2026, peacefully at Craigavon Area Hospital in his 95th year, Hawthorne, dearly loved husband of Annie, 52 Killymerron Park, Dungannon. Devoted father of Etta, Glen, Sonya, Howard and the late Petra and Jennifer, dear father-in-law of James, Jim, Caroline, Ronald, Connor and the late Billy. A much loved grandfather, great-grandfather and brother of the late Alec, Jean and Etta.

Family and friends welcome at the family home on Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th from 4pm to 8pm.

Funeral Service at his late residence on Thursday 13th at 1pm, followed by interment in Coolhill Cemetery.
