Folks sadly my uncle has passed away, I’m trying to get hold of all to rearrange Wednesdays appointments for tomorrow or Thursday xx

Brendan, beloved husband of the late Briege and dearly loved father of Patrick and Debbie also a dear brother of Eddie and the late Felix, Maureen, Kathleen, Patsy, Bernie, Dessie, Colum and Antoinette R.I.P.

Brendan is reposing at his home.

Funeral on Wednesday from his home at 1.30pm to St. John's Church, Tartaraghan for Requiem Mass at 2.00pm.

Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have Mercy on his soul.

Deeply regretted by his loving daughter, son, daughter-in-law Marian, son-in-law Peter, grandchildren Adam, Emma, Anna, Cassie and Diarmuid, great grand children Maisie & Senán, brother, nieces, nephews and family circle.

What is Compression therapy?

Pressotheraphy also known as lymphatic drainage and compression therapy uses controlled pressure to increase blood flow throughout your body, from your legs into your vital organs such as your heart. Your lymphatic system eliminates your body’s waste. At the same time, it supports your veins and decreases swelling.

It is believed that compression therapy increases performance, reduces soreness after exercise, and significantly reduces the risk of blood clots.

Pressotherapy is a process that improves lymphatic drainage, consequently slimming the appearance of the arms and legs (due to the fact that they contain less fluid), alleviating aches and pains, and purifying the body. It inflates a suit that squeezes your arms, legs, or abdomen in a rhythmic manner, similar to a massage, using an air pressure machine.

There is some evidence that lymphatic drainage massage, such as compression therapy, can help to minimise the appearance of cellulite and discharge fluid from the lymph nodes that can accumulate after surgery or some cancer therapies.

Blood travels from your heart to the rest of your body through your arteries. Blood flows back to the heart through your veins, and valves in the veins prevent blood from going backwards.

Venous insufficiency occurs when your veins have problems returning blood from your extremities to your heart. Blood does not flow back to the heart adequately in this disease, causing blood to pool in the veins of your legs.

Compression therapy uses controlled pressure to increase blood flow in your legs and improve blood flow to the heart. At the same time, it supports your veins and decreases swelling.
