Upcoming yoga sessions:
Wednesday 1st April 6:00am
Wednesday 8th April 6:00am

New blocks will commence from Saturday 11th April; more information to follow soon.

- Monday 30th March: Out of Office
- Tuesday 31st March, Wednesday 1st April and Thursday 2nd April as normal.

What a fabulous way to welcome springtime.

Saturday was busy 🥰
Early morning yoga followed by a fully-booked morning of strength, fitness and mobility with Resilience Gym.

The sun was out , the tunes were epic, and the yoga vibes had everyone leaving in good form.

Thanks to Sandra and the team at Cafe Latte for providing the post-workout breakfast .

Thanks to Conor for his photography/videography skills and for putting up with me and my few extra minutes on sessions! Doesn’t sound like me at all 🫣

We are only a few weeks away from our next event, which will also be open to both members & non-members.

I’m back for Strength tomorrow (Monday) at resilience.gym; session at 6am and 9:30am and yoga continues at 7:30pm. Evening sessions with Conor.

Back for a new flow sequence starting week commencing Monday 16th February! All
Class times remain unchanged.

This sequence runs for 5 weeks and focuses on balance and focus.

Drop in option available at £10 a session or block of 5 classes is £40.

“The mind is everything. What you think, you become.” — Buddha

February: the shortest month of the year, often linked with love and the promise of spring. This February, I’d love to celebrate you with a small giveaway — not driven by likes or shares, but by reflection and appreciation.

From now until the end of February, everyone who attends PT, yoga, or any class I teach at Resilience Gym is invited to take part. At the end of each class, you’ll find a Gratitude Jar — feel free to drop in a note 💌

Your note can be:
• Something you’re grateful for
• Something you love about your body
• A positive moment from class
• Or simply why you showed up

It’s a chance to appreciate the here and now — the good, the bad, and the messy.

Each note goes into a draw to win a little spring treat. You can enter every time you attend a class, or if you’d rather not, that’s absolutely fine too — no pressure. Even taking a quiet moment of reflection is enough ✨

With all the noise around being “bigger,” “better,” and constantly posting the shiny side of life on social media, let’s pause and turn inward. Showing up for yourself deserves to be celebrated 🤍

The draw will be made at the end of the month, drawing at random from the cards submitted, with giveaways including:

Unpopular opinion… this month is flying in 🫠

Almost through the first month of 2026 and I’m still as rubbish at social media as ever. I’d say I’ll be better, but that’d be a big fat lie 😂 Just a girl way more focused on real human connection 🙋🏼‍♀️

What I am loving though is witnessing (and facilitating) the strength and fitness wins within the Flex & Flow and .gym community 💪✨

And somehow we’re already halfway through the first yoga block of 2026! Those extra infrared heaters? Total game changer 🔥

Thank you for trusting me to guide you on your mat — such a wholesome, rewarding week.

✨ JANUARY YOGA CLASS RELEASE ✨

Yoga classes will re-commence week beginning Monday 5th January and run as a 6-week block.

Block booking: £50 for the full 6 weeks.

If you’re curious about yoga and would like to try a class before committing, drop-in sessions are available at £10 per class.

Why yoga?
Yoga helps quiet the busy mind and encourages a deeper connection between body and breath. It’s not about perfection or flexibility—it’s about tuning in, listening to what your body needs, and discovering what you’re capable of along the way.

Taking some time out of a mad week to turn the focus to myself this afternoon. A peek into part of my flow today incorporating some of the inversion work with Rosie from a few weeks back 🤍 and a reality check of my next movement as I came back from my 5k a drowned rat!! Insta vs reality 😅

Is it perfect?! Not by a long shot, my movement still has room to grow, and some days it feels easier than others! But I am still here, showing up, moving and listening to my body and I’m proud of that.

Thanks to all my fabulous Flex & FLOw crew for embracing the changes and smashing their sessions this week 🥰 ….more on that coming soon!
