February: the shortest month of the year, often linked with love and the promise of spring. This February, I’d love to celebrate you with a small giveaway — not driven by likes or shares, but by reflection and appreciation.
From now until the end of February, everyone who attends PT, yoga, or any class I teach at Resilience Gym is invited to take part. At the end of each class, you’ll find a Gratitude Jar — feel free to drop in a note 💌
Your note can be:
• Something you’re grateful for
• Something you love about your body
• A positive moment from class
• Or simply why you showed up
It’s a chance to appreciate the here and now — the good, the bad, and the messy.
Each note goes into a draw to win a little spring treat. You can enter every time you attend a class, or if you’d rather not, that’s absolutely fine too — no pressure. Even taking a quiet moment of reflection is enough ✨
With all the noise around being “bigger,” “better,” and constantly posting the shiny side of life on social media, let’s pause and turn inward. Showing up for yourself deserves to be celebrated 🤍
The draw will be made at the end of the month, drawing at random from the cards submitted, with giveaways including:
