Usually my monthly gong bath, group reiki and sound immersions are held on the first Wednesday of the month. But not this month of August! We’ve moved it to next Wednesday 12th as a lot of you were on holiday. Please let me know if you’d like to join us. There’s some big energies around this week leading up to Lionsgate Portal 8/8 this Saturday. Are you feeling them? They could be stirring up emotions in you that maybe you’ve not thought about for some time. If they’re coming up for you then it’s time to free yourself from them and a Sound Bath is the perfect way to flush out old energies that are holding on.

What a beautiful day celebrating summer solstice with cacao, positive affirmations, reclaiming our energy and setting intentions for stepping into our power and creating transformation for our future selves.

Thanks so much to all who came. It was bliss and an honour to serve you ❤️🌻 and thank you for your sharings ❤️

In July I’ve decided to take the month off for summer holidays and we will resume on 12th August. I know it’s not the usual first Wednesday of every month but it works for August!

September Monthly Gong Bath will be on September 9th 9/9! A week later than usually scheduled because of the return to schools etc.

I hope this works for you.

October will then return to the usual first Wednesday of every month. Timings of 12 til 2.30. We usually finish around 1.45pm and then sit around and natter till 2.30pm. I always include cacao infused with DoTerra oils (if you wish), immersive sound bath, group reiki and voice channeled healing frequencies. Our guides are always welcome along with your highest vibrational beings!

Please let me know if you’d like to join me for any of these.

There is also an option to join me Evolve studio in Harlow on Wednesday 29th July for an evening Gong Bath. It’s the Stag Full moon.

These sunflowers 🌻 are ready to bloom just like us. Some of them are already beaming their bright golden petals and vulnerably sharing their hearts full of seeds for the future.

Some of these sunflowers 🌻 aren’t quite ready to open up to the world. These sunflowers don’t compare themselves to each other. They know that they are perfect exactly the way they are. They know that each of them is beautiful.

They say to each other “It’s okay to bloom. It’s safe to be your biggest brightest self. Be brave.

It’s okay to be afraid to show your hearts and vulnerability.

It’s okay to doubt yourself and do it anyway.

It’s okay to take your own time.

Go slow or fast. There’s no rush.

Be you and when you’re ready open, transform and expand into the world.
