After being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and becoming increasingly worried about her health, Michelle joined Slimming World to make sure she’d be around to see her grandchildren grow up ❤️. With the right support and by making small, sustainable changes, she began to feel more confident in managing her health – and over time, she noticed significant improvements. Now 7st 10lbs (49kg) lighter, she finds everything much more manageable and her blood sugar levels are in a normal range 💪.

After feeling like life was passing her by, Kelly (kellytrinkitz on Instagram) decided to rejoin her local Slimming World group – making the most of the group support on offer 🙌.

Now 9st 7lbs (60.3kg) lighter, Kelly’s loving life and enjoying every moment! She’s also doing things she’d always dreamed of – like taking trips to Aruba and Kefalonia, with Norway next on the list ✈️.

‘I’ve gone from just existing to really living 🙌!’ Raise the roof for Fiona, who has been named Slimming World’s Greatest Loser 2026 👑! She’s lost a jaw-dropping 20st 8.5lbs (130.9kg) 😱 after years of putting her life on hold because of her weight 💔.

At 35st (222.3kg), Fiona believed weight loss surgery was her only hope, so she joined her local Slimming World group with a plan to lose the 3st (19kg) needed to qualify. As the weight came off, she realised she could keep going without the need for surgery and her world began to open up 🤩.

From avoiding leaving the house to loving being active, exploring new places and saying ‘yes’ to every adventure 🥹, Fiona has truly transformed her life.
