Nowadays, I often have to forgive myself for various things.
Instead of allowing the energy of guilt sink in, I rather choose forgiveness.
Forgiveness is part of my daily ritual, and I see it as a habit for success.
Forgiveness can be hard. I hear many clients say it in private sessions, and I have been in situations when it felt hard to forgive.
Yet it is one of the most freeing experiences.
Today, I will ask you to approach this assignment from the mindset of a person ready to grow, evolve, and leave the past behind.
You can do this exercise in many ways.

Some people find it harder to forgive themselves, others harder to forgive other people. Choose what feels right for you today.
I would start with forgiveness for yourself whether it feels harder or not.
