UPDATED IMPORTANT MEASAGE

Computer Network systems down

Recent update from NECS IT we still have no computer systems and the latest update has informed us that they are working with the network to try and resolve this issue the next update for us will be 11.30am.

Please bear with us we are doing everything we can to keep the service running.

Dear patients,

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Our computers systems have gone down today at 1pm, this is a regional problem and the IT department and networks are working hard to get us back up and running.

We have been told the next update will be Friday 9.30 am

We aim to see patients that have already made appointments where possible, but we may need to rearrange these.

We will not be able to book any appointments as we have no access to the appointment lists.

Patients We be able to leave contact details and our Admin team will contact you when the system is back on line.

We apologise for any inconvenience and want to sincerely thank you for understanding and support with this matter.

A huge thank you to everyone who shared feedback after your appointment with our GPs and Nurses in July.
We are really pleased to that 95% of our patients rated their experience as good or very good. Thank you so much!
We look closely at all the feedback we receive and a small number of responses ( 2 out of 71)told us that things didn't go as well as they should.
While some issues are out of our control, there are areas that we can learn from and can use to improve our services to you.

We are experiencing Some techincal problems with our phone system, we are unable to dial out and incoming calls are of poor quality.
This is a regional problem and engineers are working to rectify the issue.
Alternate ways to contact the practice can be found by going to our website wwwbrowneyhousesurgery.com and using econsult or attend surgery face to face.

We apologise for any inconvenience and are hoping this matter will be resolved soon.

Just a reminder that the surgery will be closed on Bank holiday Monday 25.5.26.

If you need urgent medical attention please go to nhs 111 online or dial 111.

If you have a medical emergency please dial 999.

Your nearest pharmacy that will be open from 10 am till 4pm is Boots Arnison retail park.

93.25% rated their experience as Good or Very Good — we’re incredibly proud of our team and thankful for your continued support.
We look closely at all feedback that we receive, a small number of responses told us their experience was not as good as it should. While some issues are outside of our control there are definitely areas where we can learn from and are working on.
Your feedback really does make a difference as we continue to improve our service 🙏
