Patient safety is one of my main priorities in my clinic. Along with natural results and patients happiness... of course!

Some of the small (but vital) techniques we do when performing treatments....

✨️ Avoiding vascular occlusions when using dermal filler. Although RARE they can happen. The chances of it happening are reduced dramatically as i perform an aspiration technique on every injection. Checking i am not in a blood vessel.

✨️ Patch testing you prior to certain medical grade skin boosters. This avoids the risk of allergic reactions.

✨️ Conducting face to face consultations to see if you are suitable for treatments. Including asking about allergies, medications you currently take etc. This is mandatory prior to any treatment and part of my prescribing role!

✨️ Using a blunt fill needle when snapping a glass vial, this needle filters the solution, ensuring no glass particles enter a syringe.

✨️ Although it sounds blatant... i use sharps boxes and clinical waste management. Ensuring a clean and safe environment.

These are just SOME protocols used to gear towards keeping my clients safe.

Remember... chose your practitioner wisely and value yourself as much as I value you! Its not just an Aesthetic clinic... its my work place and standards are important to me.
