And that’s a wrap on the latest round of auricular acupuncture workshops at Maggie’s Newcastle! ❤️

These are our 10am, 12pm and 2pm groups, and what a lovely way to finish this round! 🥰 we’re missing a few from the photos, we missed you on the last session!

It’s been so lovely to see the friendships, support and connections that have grown within the groups.

A little appreciation post for two very special ladies at Maggie’s Newcastle ❤️
Bella and Carly have been such a huge help to me over the past year during my auricular acupuncture workshops. From helping everything run smoothly, supporting the patients, and generally being there whenever I needed an extra pair of hands, I honestly couldn’t have done it without them!
Sadly, it’s time for both of them to move on to their next chapters. Bella is heading off for new adventures, and Carly is going back to university to finish her degree. 🎓✨
I’m so grateful for all the help, support and laughs over the past year. You’ve both made such a difference, and I really can’t thank you enough.
Wishing you both the absolute best of luck with your new ventures, I know you’ll both be amazing! ❤️

Some days in clinic really stay with you… and today is one of them 🤍

I received this beautiful handwritten card through the post from a patient, and I honestly had to pause and take it in. Moments like this are such a powerful reminder of why I do what I do.

Supporting someone through cancer treatment and recovery is a privilege I never take lightly. To be trusted during such a difficult time, and to know that acupuncture has played a part in helping someone feel stronger, more hopeful, and more like themselves again, it means everything.

Thank you for your kind words 🤍 they truly mean more than you know.

This is exactly why I’m so passionate about Chinese Medicine and the role it can play alongside western medicine & NHS care 🤍
