1️⃣ stay hydrated and use electrolytes on long or hot runs 💧
2️⃣ be consistent with weekly running volume and frequency 📆
3️⃣ aim for 80:20. 80% = easy pace 20% = speed/hill work 💨
4️⃣ get quality sleep to reduce risk of injury by up to 50% 🛌
