Remember to wrap up warm, stay safe around fireworks and bonfires, and check in on older relatives, friends and neighbours who may appreciate a little company.

We were pleased to have been invited to attend Kepier School Careers event recently.

We were able to share with young students the benefits of beginning a career in social care such as a chance to make a real difference! 💚

Social Care is highly rewarding work — deeply fulfilling, with strong personal meaning and satisfaction.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and stress can affect us at any age. That's why making time for ourselves and recognising when we need a little rest is so important.

Sometimes, the simplest things can help us feel more settled: enjoying a cup of tea, listening to favourite music, spending time outdoors or having a friendly conversation.

Let's remember to slow down, take a breath and make space for the moments that help us feel good.

And if someone around you seems to be having a difficult time, a little kindness and a listening ear can mean more than you realise. 🌿
